Purpose and scope
SNAPI ONE is provided by SNAPI Technologies LLC for personal nutrition tracking and accountability. These terms describe use of the app. The Health Disclaimer and Privacy Policy provide additional information about its limits and data handling. Applicable app-store license terms also apply.
Responsible use
Use SNAPI ONE lawfully. Do not misuse the app or its food services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use them to infringe another person's rights. You are responsible for the information you enter and for checking that foods, portions, and goals match your needs.
Information and outcomes
The app provides general information and estimates, not medical care or guaranteed outcomes. Food information from third parties may be incomplete, incorrect, or unavailable. Refer to the Health Disclaimer before relying on nutrition or calorie estimates.
Availability and local records
Features and external food services may change or be interrupted. Continuous availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed. Records are stored locally and may be lost if app data is cleared, a device is lost, or a backup is unavailable. Fresh start keeps archived records rather than deleting them.
Third-party content
USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts supply food information. Open Food Facts database content is provided under the Open Database License (ODbL). External websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement of SNAPI ONE.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the app changes. The date on this page identifies the current version.
